from the poll... Valtrex can raise your MCV... taking it mid-'21 thought it was helping at first, then researching what drugs can raise MCV, i found it... elevated MCV causes shortness of breath (look it up)...
yes... enlarged red blood cells are not effective oxygen transporters, as in macrocytosis... it (valtrex) was prescribed to try to stop any residual viral proliferation between end of '20 to first couple months of '21, because i was still so short of breath months after my bout with supposed 'rona'...
if i understand it right, not being a hematologist, the bone marrow replaces RBC constantly, turnover is ~120 days, and if you have low oxygen (hypoxia) your bone marrow makes these large (macrocytic) cells... that can't carry oxygen... that leads to hypoxia... hypoxia causes more large RBCs to be produced in a vicious cycle... and the only way to fix it is with a packed RBC transfusion (good luck!) or diet and exercise to stimulate the bone marrow that will take 2-6 months... but i keep screwing things up (looooong story) ... think about people training to climb mountains... if i understand it right...
Consider letting go of our allopathic, mechanistic view of the body and healing. We were programmed to be reliant on exterior systems that rendered us powerless over our health. People are operating from more new and old paradigms than I can list here. Pharma wants us to think that we need IT for health (!) when we NOW know better.
ty.. excellent advice! I'm definitely going as natural as i can guess to do... there is no perfect science ... it's all a practice in medicine... corrupted by $$$$$ ... sigh...
(Honestly, there were SO MANY past and current lawsuits of criminal pharma going that I had to limit and corral them in somehow! So I used the new poll feature.)

Macrocytosis? Where red blood cells become enlarged?
I can't even wrap my head around the relentless damage pHARMa does! Was this prescribed for brain fog or it helped cause it?
